  • Execute Securitization related financial entries and outgoing transfer requests .
  • Prepare Customer position related certificates, proofs & all documents, reports & inquires which will be submitted to FRA, Securitization companies, Bond Holders, Rating & Investor Companies, auditors…etc in a timely manner ensuring completion of all requirements according to the bank’s procedures and regulations while maintaining the customer satisfaction.
  • Receive and execute client’s instructions and take the necessary actions as a maker towards securitization several functions
  • Receive, Deliver & safekeeping of Securitization Portfolios Documents “Checks, Promissory Notes, Contracts ...Etc
  • Follow up and execute check collection related to securitization clients portfolios that is managed by the clearing team
  • Properly managing, receiving, reviewing and executing Investment instruction & Maturity Transactions related to the securitization clients
  • Properly managing, receiving, reviewing and executing Coupon , redemption and Fees Payment
  • Execute the daily transactions via the core banking system, after obtaining the proper approval to meet business needs.
  • Efficiently archiving all the documents that are related to the securitization.
  • Prepare required reports and proof on due time, in order to help senior management in decision making.
  • Closure of all observation highlighted by the Audit, Compliance & Risk Dept.
  • Respond positively and diligently to the internal and external parties’ requests within the normal frame of work
  • Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that the daily operation is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Securitization Unit " to ensure continuity of work
  • Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal BM policies and code of conduct in order to maintain BM’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks
  • BSc of commerce, preferably accounting division.
  • Good accounting & finance knowledge.
  • Excellent MS office skills.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in banking operations, preferably custody operations or securitization companies.
