  • The Mashreq Bank was established in 1967. It is the first bank to operate in the United Arab Emirates.

Purpose of Job:


  • The main duty of this role is to serve as a single point of contact with all Trade & Factoring-related inquiries obtained from corporate clients. customers.
  •  They will be responsible for escalating and resolving future problems with consumer trading purchases and related procedures.
  • If adhering to all applicable SLAs and Customer Experience requirements, communicate with all relevant stakeholders.
  •  They have to follow up with everything. FI permits for CIBG consumer purchases related to exchange.
  •  They will also be expected to ensure that any conflicts are escalated as soon as possible.
  • For further assessment and escalation, they should report in a timely manner to their immediate supervisor.
  • They will be expected to use the CRM to keep track of all customer requests and grievances. 
  • They should be able to easily define the source of problems and suggest process changes.

Main Achievement Sectors:


  • As assessed by internal/external metrics, provide outstanding constructive and dependable trade support to customers.
  • Ensure that the customer is satisfied with end-to-end strategies.
  • To resolve client trade-related transactional conflicts, engage RMs, Product Sales, Operations partners, and other primary internal stakeholders.(This does not require special price choices or financial/credit decisions.).
  • Manage queries about charges computations and SOC queries about exchange transactions.
  • Demonstrate a good knowledge of back-office operations.

Experience, skills, and knowledge of the job


  • Communication abilities are exceptional, with full mastery of both spoken and written English. It is advantageous to speak Arabic.
  • A university degree with a minimum of five years of experience in commerce, factoring, and operations, plus the additional 3 years of experience in finance is preferred.– FI expertise is beneficial. – Corporate customer support / client facing position.
  • Profound knowledge of banking information systems such as Flexcube, CRM, payment systems, operating processes, and so on.
  • Excellent comprehension abilities and a thorough knowledge of the customer's needs.
  • Has a customer-focused mentality and is eager to understand and take responsibility.
