Head of High Net Worth Unit
The duties, tasks and responsibilities of the vacant job
- Responsible for leading a team of Junior Financial Professionals in the acquisition of new high-net-worth customers, cross-selling of established high-net-worth clients, and supporting division RMs in properly handling and serving high-net-worth clients.
- Customer onboarding phase execution.
- Create a growth plan that prioritizes financial benefits and customer loyalty.
- Establish weekly customer development and cross-selling campaigns with goods and/or consumers.
- Conduct market analysis to discover new prospective buyers and sales prospects.
- Creating high net worth annual expectations and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SFAs team.
- Assisting branches and RMs with day-to-day assistance for high-net-worth customers.
- Hold regular success reviews with the SFAs team to review realized outcomes vs. goals, as well as action plans.
- Create and execute a monthly revenue action plan to help you meet your annual goals.
- Ensure all institutional and administrative procedures are implemented.
- Conduct a deep dive review of the portfolio and create a dashboard for the division highlighting strengths and deficiencies, as well as an action plan identifying points of vulnerability.
- Collaborate closely with district administrators and division managers to aid in the handling of high-net-worth accounts in branches.
Desired Qualifications and Experiences
- 8+ years of experience is needed.
- Trying to manage a high-net-worth client portfolio.
- Maintaining a Financial Consultants' Squad.
- A track record in improving client portfolios.
- Worked in a highly demanding sales market for one of Egypt's largest banks, meeting defined targets.
