Premium Relationship Officer

Job related responsibilities

  • The Premium Customer Relationship Officer provides high quality service to existing or new clients. Through an integrated set of banking products that meet their needs and are compatible with the Egyptian banking market.
  • Providing complete customer satisfaction by providing the highest levels of service required. This is done through phone calls and/or field visits to either existing or target clients.
  • Expanding and developing the existing relationship between the Arab Bank and its clients through a systematic work plan, in addition to attracting new and targeted clients.
  • Achieving the objectives assigned to it (target) in line with the policies and procedures of the Arab Bank, while working as a consultant for Premium clients.
  • Strictly adhere to the regulations and laws of the quality of service excellence and comply with the policies and procedures of the Premium program.
  • Documenting and updating all files related to clients and ensuring the availability of all client papers and documents in line with the Compliance Department and KYC and AML regulations.
  • Work to attract and attract a new segment of Premium customers and expand this base in line with the objectives of the Arab Bank as well as the selling objectives in order to expand the bank’s share in the Egyptian banking market.
  • Follow up the percentages and indicators of the customer base to monitor the progress being made, whether in the number of customers, deposits, or the quantity and quality of banking products and services being sold.
  • Taking any comments or complaints from customers seriously and converting these notes and complaints into proposals for new products or creative ideas that fit the objectives of the Arab Bank and the banking market in Egypt. And recommend it to the main customer relations manager.
  • Carrying out the process of networking and participating in sponsorship activities and distinctive initiatives that develop and improve the image of the Premium program.
  • Consolidate and strengthen the relationship with the Premium client through strong knowledge of the client's account and other transactions carried out by the client.

Job Requirements

  • Obtaining a scientific degree from recognized universities in the relevant disciplines.
  • This position requires 2-4 years of experience in customer relations and retail sales.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent communication, communication and time management skills.
  • Excellent sales and networking skills.
  • Excellent skills in the art of negotiation and customer relations.
  • Very good presentation skills.
  • Good knowledge of ms-office software.
